Booking & Cancellation Policy

Workshop selection and full payment are required at the time of booking through our booking platform. All bookings are final — no cancellations or refunds will be given. We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please email us at TheResinRoomDIY@gmail.com at least 2 hours before your scheduled workshop.

Workshop Change Requests

If you wish to change your workshop selection after booking, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled workshop. While same-day changes cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unregistered Guests

All participants must be individually registered to attend a workshop at The Resin Room, LLC. Seats are not reserved for unregistered guests or observers. Anyone not registered will be asked to leave or, if space and materials are available, may register and pay before the workshop begins.

Age Restrictions

Due to safety considerations and the tools used, infants and children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the studio during workshops. If a participant brings an infant or child, they will be asked to rebook for a different time when they can attend alone and fully enjoy the experience.

Safety Waiver

I understand that during The Resin Room, LLC workshops, I may use or be exposed to sharp glass, paint, resin, scissors, tile nippers, heat guns, glue guns, 99% alcohol, mica pigment powders, and alcohol inks. I acknowledge the inherent risks involved and agree to follow all policies, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by The Resin Room, LLC.

I assume full responsibility for any personal injury and that of my personal belongings. I further agree to release and discharge The Resin Room, LLC from any illness, injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation or presence in the studio, whether caused by myself, The Resin Room, LLC, or any third party.

I also agree to indemnify and defend The Resin Room, LLC against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation or presence in the studio.

Privacy & Social Media

We love sharing photos and videos of workshop experiences and the beautiful pieces you create! If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please opt out during your workshop.

By tagging us or using the hashtag #theresinroomdiy, you consent to our use of those images or videos on our social, digital, and print platforms. Please do not tag us or share images if you prefer to keep them private. And please, tag us if you loved your experience at The Resin Room!

Promotional Emails & Content

By booking with us, you agree to receive occasional promotional messages and materials by mail, email, or other contact methods you provide (including phone or text). If you no longer wish to receive such messages, please notify us at any time.

Alcohol Liability Disclaimer (BYOB Policy)

The Resin Room LLC is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment. Guests who choose to bring and consume alcoholic beverages on the premises do so at their own discretion and risk. By participating in any event, workshop, or private gathering at The Resin Room, all guests agree to the following:

• The Resin Room assumes no responsibility or liability for any alcohol brought onto the premises by guests.

• The Resin Room and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, damage, loss, or legal action resulting from the consumption of alcohol before, during, or after any event on site.

• Guests are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption and behavior and must drink responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

• No alcohol shall be served or provided by The Resin Room staff.

• All guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises and must be prepared to show valid identification if requested.

By attending any event at The Resin Room, and signing this waiver, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Resin Room, LLC harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party arising from or in connection with your use of our website or services.

Warranties & Responsibility for Services and Products

No Warranty

We do not provide any warranties on our products or workshops. Please note that most types of resin will eventually yellow over time, particularly when exposed to direct sunlight or UV light. UV radiation breaks down the polymer chains, leading to discoloration. This natural process is not covered under any warranty.

All products are sold as-is, and there are no guarantees regarding repair, replacement, or refunds. We encourage customers to inspect products thoroughly before purchase to ensure they meet expectations.

Retention of Right to Change Offerings

We may, without prior notice, modify or discontinue services, features, or access to our offerings at any time. We reserve the right to permanently or temporarily suspend access to services without notice or liability for any reason.

Key Commercial Terms

Prices for services and products are listed on our website and may change at any time. We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Additional pricing and tax information is available on the payments page.

We reserve the right to update these terms at our sole discretion. You should review them periodically. When material changes occur, we will notify you. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you should stop using our website and services.
